Public Access Building Regulation application Information System

What is Public Access?
“Public Access” for building control is an on-line Internet service that allows you to view details of building regulation applications being submitted to the Council. You can search a constantly updated list of applications received, view details of many ‘historic’ applications and view property details by reference to a map.
Limitations
" Public Access" is available online between 6am and midnight each day and the service continues to be developed.

No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the building regulation history information obtained from ‘Public Access’. Similarly the information contained within Public Access does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a building regulation decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer’s own risk.
