Question / Issue
If a caravan has been on my land for a certain number of years and I want to replace it with something else, will I need permission even though the caravan has been in situ for a long time? What is the time limit for structures and caravans without permission to be able to stay put?

Answer / Solution
Each individual case varies depending on location and circumstance. Please provide Planning Services with the address of the property and as many details as possible to assist us with your query.
