Public Access Licensing Public Registers

“Public Access” for licensing is an on-line Internet service that allows you to view public details contained within licensing registers.

Limitations

  • "Public Access" is available online between 6am and midnight each day.

  • The service continues to be developed.

  • No responsibility will be taken for any errors or omissions in the licensing history information obtained from “Public Access”. Similarly the information contained within Public Access does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a licensing decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer’s own risk.

  • If not currently available within “Public Access” licensing applications can be viewed at the Council’s Customer Services Centre, Centenary House, St Mary’s Street, Huntingdon during normal office hours.

Plans, drawing and material submitted to the Council are protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current and past applications and to check whether licences, registrations and permissions are being conducted in accordance with operating conditions. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
